Companions follow the hero and have their own bonuses and skills. New characters begin without a pet.
Brasa, your first bond
Maera offers A Friend on the Trails from level 3, after Gremlin Blood. The quest involves speaking to Lyra and delivering a Minor Health Potion to Maera. Its rewards include Brasa, the wolf cub.
Brasa grants 10 maximum health. At pet level 1, his skill restores 20 HP, with a 30-second cooldown. Healing increases as the pet levels up.
Skills and collection
The catalog also includes the Raven, a flying companion with Restorative Caw. Pet healing is disabled during the Valtheron Olympics.
Open your collection to choose the active companion. Brasa is a pet and Castanho is a mount: they come from separate quests and have different roles in the journey.
